Pin Implants

These are stainless steel implants used to fix the fractured bones. They have long, gently tapered points for easier penetration. They are hand polished and given a satin finish. The fine polish is a must so that they cause less trauma while removing. The pins can be smooth, threaded or partially threaded. The tips can be trocar or diamond. The trocar trip has three sides. A diamond tip has two sides. Care should be taken not to reuse the internal fixation device.
