Bone Files

Bone files are used to file the coarse hard tissues during the surgery. Bone files are also referred to as bone rasps. They come in a variety of sizes and coarseness to suit different bones. It is an instrument used in surgery to smooth the edges of a divided bone. Raspatory comes from the Latin word "raspatorium."
