Laprotomy ring or Falope ring is a manual gastroenterology-urology surgical instrument specially designed for urological surgeries. The device is generally hand-held or hand-manipulated. These rings are made of silicone rubber band that is fitted around a loop of the fallopian tube for female sterilization.
