What is L sealing?
L-sealing is a packaging method which is used for items that may not be particularly resilient. L sealing is used pack those medicinal products, say groups of toothbrushes which would be too sensitive to bear a stronger packing method. Usually L sealing packaging consists of a very thin plastic film that is put gently around the products. This is just proper to hold the products without damaging them or pulling them out of place. At the required destination the L-seal can be easily cut off to use the products.

These machines provide a better seal and protect the product from dust, dirt and tampering. L sealing machine can also be used for shrink wrapping products. Working of L Sealers
L Sealing Machine is actually used to wrap and pack the products automatically in center folded film. It features touch-screen control so that entire function becomes easy. The center-folded film is inverted and opened by inverting triangles at the top and bottom of the in-feed conveyor that allows the product traveling on the conveyor to move inside the film. The product is detected and advances into the sealing area with the film where it gets automatically sealed inside the film by a hot-knife sealing system. Moreover, this machine can easily be adjusted according to the required height and width to suit the product.
