Instrument trolley or medicine trolley is widely used in hospitals to carry medicines and medical instruments. This is the standard square metal trolley with casters on each leg to assist in quick relocation of the trolley around the room or rooms. It is also called the mayo trolley. The trolley  is mounted on four wheels. The tubular frame of hospital instrument trolley is either painted or powder coated which are of various types like epoxy coating, polyester coating, nylon coating etc. The hospital instrument trolley comes with either two or three shelves. The shelves are generally made of stainless steel or chrome plated or aluminum etc.The shelves are with railings or up stands on all sides or on three sides. The railings prevent the falling of medicines and other instruments. The trolley has push handle.
