Foot steps or foot stool is used by the patient to mount on the hospital bed or the examination table. It should be strong, sturdy and stable so as to bear the weight of the patient. The tubular frame of foot steps or foot stool is made of various materials.The tubular frame work of the foot stool is mounted on heavy duty rubber shoes or ferrules. The top of the foot stool is either made of the same material as the frame or can be covered or fixed with a rubber mat. Foot steps top can also be fitted with aluminum tread flats or CRCA press bent sheet. It can also have molded plastic top. Finishing of the frame of the foot stool can be painted or powder coated like epoxy coating, polyester coating, nylon coating etc. The stool top is either square or rectangle shape and size varies.
