People fond of crafts love to do creative things. What can be more creative than converting a waste into a decorative piece or a useful thing! Wooden cigar boxes are just the same things. Remove any residue as a result of leftover cigars from the inside of the empty cigar box. If you feel a strong unpleasant odor, place many tablespoons of baking soda in a paper muffin cup and keep it inside the closed box for a few days so that it absorbs the smell. Alternatively use a fabric softening dryer sheet which can also absorb odors. A cotton ball soaked in vinegar on a waterproof surface (like a jar lid) kept inside the box overnight can also help reduce the cigar odor. After cleaning and removing the odor from the cigar boxes, you may spray-paint the exterior of the box. Now you can proceed to make interesting cigar box crafts. Turn your cigar box into a clock or a lamp for which you can take help of expert people who will cut the necessary holes to insert the mechanisms for the clock or for a lamp.
