 There are a number of various creative and innovative ways of making a glass photo frame. Interestingly, glass picture frames can be created using waste offs like renovation cast offs, glass retrieved from the trash or bits of glass retrieved from the sea. Glass Jar Picture Frames

One of the most traditional yet creative way of framing a photo is by putting it into an empty glass jar. A collection of say three or four same kind of glass jars or a wide mouthed glass bottles can make real interesting picture frames. Roll your favorite pictures with their fronts against the glass upside down. Use a little glue if the photos are hovering from its place. Place these jars upturned and next to each other on a table or ledge to have a corner done up in an innovative manner.

Sea Glass Frames

Beach holiday photographs look the best in a sea glass frame. Try making an innovative sea glass frame using the glass bits, shells, pebbles etc. collected from the beach itself. Take a wide wooden frame and paint it in a light turquoise blue or green shade (depicting the shades of sea). Then go ahead with your creativity to decorate the frame using sand, lots of glass bits, distress white and blue shells, sand dollars, plaster starfish etc. Stick them all with a super glue and let it dry for a day or so and well, you are ready with a beautiful personalized sea glass frame.

Old Window Picture Frames

Another option of creating an interesting picture frame is using a wasted glass window. Get a multipaned glass window from a junk yard, garage or flea market. Clean it nicely and drill in two sturdy eye hooks on either side to put in the hanging chain. Now stick equally sized photographs on the different glass window sections by gluing the four corners.
