It is a unit used to produce a mixture of hydrogen and oxygen from water in its stoichiometric ratio. The HOGEN (hydrogen-oxygen generator) produces hydrogen gas at a rate of 300 standard cubic feet per hour, at a hydrogen pressure of 150 pounds per square inch. Oxygen is generated at ambient pressure and vented.
High purity hydrogen oxygen generator (HHOG) produces high purity hydrogen gas of 6N and oxygen gas of 3N. The generator directly deionizes water to avoid contamination of produced gases. The basic principle of the generator is a proton exchange membrane that functions as an electrolyte and even as a gas separator.
Features
Simple operation and maintenance
The generator is a fully automatic operation.
Simple construction and no use of dangerous chemicals.
The generator is enviromentally friendly as it uses only water and electricity.
The generator is fully integrated and weatherized capable of producing gas at a purity of 99.99%.
The generator monitors the pressure level of hydrogen gas in the storage tank and automatically refills the tank as required.
The generator is designated to ensure safety and has high level of reliability.
