Thyristorised Welding Machines

The welding machine is used for carrying out various welding processes. These machines are most suited for manual metal arc welding and serve as source of power for TIG welding and reclamation process. The power source of the machine is also useful for gouging operation on the basis of size of the electrode used.

Machine Description
The equipment consists of a transformer and a thyristor bridge, which are constructed along with special inductor. The inductor assures high quality weld and low current power consumption. The machine is provided with electronic controls that help to control the effect of variation in main voltage, machine heating or cable lengths. There is a provision for set current that is available at the end of the long welding leads. The machine is equipped with a built-in hot start facility.
