Cold Welding Machine

Cold welding machine is chiefly used in cold pressure welding process. The process comprises of welding two materials under high pressure or vacuum without using heat. The process is most suitable for welding two flat surfaces of metals under vacuum.

Welding Process
The welding process involves pressing the metals tightly together thereby bringing the surfaces in contact with each other. The adhesion force is created by increasing the time of contact, raising the temperature of the workpieces, etc. The process may or may not require the use of fillers, heat or fluxes. The process uses cold pressure or cold welding technology and produces a weld that is stronger than the parent material without giving up electrical integrity.
