Vacuum Brazing Machine

The machine is used for vacuum brazing purposes. Vacuum brazing is a technique used for joining many different metals. The process is carried out in a chamber or container below atmospheric temperature. The chamber is also known as vacuum furnace. It can also be referred to as furnace brazing conducted in a vacuum atmosphere. The process is particularly suitable for processing base metals.

Brazing Process
The brazing process is accomplished in a vacuum furnace under low atmospheric pressures. These furnaces can be classified as hot wall or cold wall on the basis of the position or location of insulating & heating components. Usually, cold wall furnaces are preferred and used in vacuum brazing.

The materials joined by vacuum brazing are usually bright and clean. This is because exceedingly low quantity of oxygen in the vacuum atmosphere reduces oxidation of surfaces.
