The instrument is designed for breaking out asphalt and concrete. It is suitable for both dry and wet concrete or asphalt and finds wide application in various industries.
This type of saw is used for cutting wet or dry asphalt and concrete. They are designed for breaking out asphalt and concrete. It has versatile applications and are suitable for high production green sawing, asphalt; and cured concrete applications.

Types of Asphalt & Concrete Floor Saw

Basically, there are two types of asphalt & concrete floor saw :

Wet saw
Dry saw

Salient Features

The engine of the asphalt & concrete floor saw is driven by diesel, petrol or kerosene.
It has a diamond wheel of diameter 300 mm, which is suitable for cutting upto depth of 110 mm and is supplied with standard outfit.
The engine is attached to a trolley, which has a water tank that supplies water to the cutting blade to keep it cool during cutting operation.
There is a provision of adjustment for controlling the depth of cut.
There is a safety guard provided over the diamond wheel.

Utility

The saw is ideal for repair work to road surfaces and floor surfaces.
Suitable for cutting out expansion joints.
Can be used as slots for cables and induction loops.
Ideal for straightening asphalt, concrete, screeded floors, etc.
