Adhesion is referred to as the bond strength measurement of a coating to a substrate. Adhesion testers are used to determine the flexibility and adhesion of coatings to painted metallic surface. These testers check the resistance of paints and coatings to separation from substrates. The adhesion testers measure adhesion strength of coatings to metal, wood, concrete, plastic, epoxy, varnish and other substrates.
