Thermographic Printing Machine

Thermographic Printing Machines provide a raised lettering effect, as commonly seen in business cards and are widely used by the commercial printing industry. These machines also provide a less expensive alternative to foil stamping, embossing or UV coating.

 

Thermographic Printing Process
These machines take thermography resin powder, sprinkle it over wet ink and bake it. This allows the powder to stick to the printed areas. Excess powder on non image areas is removed off the paper/substrate before the heating process. The sheet is finally cooled after the heating process and the melted powder hardens into raised thermographic image.
