Flexographic Printing Process
Flexographic printing machinery is a spectacular blend of letterpress and rotogravure printing, employing relief plates made up of flexible rubber or photo-polymer plates. Flexographic printing press comprises four rollers such as ink roller, meter roller, plate cylinder, and impression cylinder. Ink roller passes the ink from ink pan to meter roller that measures the ink and moves it onto the plate cylinder, then the material passes between the plate cylinder and impression.   A substrate is fed into the machine from a roll and the image, printed is a result of the substrate being pulled through a series of printing units. Each printing unit is responsible for printing a single color.

Application of Flexographic Printing Machine
Flexography Printing Machine is being widely used by a large number of industries. Such machine is the most popular after offset printing, is used for printing a number of materials.
