Plastic Extruder

Co-extrusion machine is basically a machine used for the execution of extrusion process. This machine helps in connecting two separate extruders to a common die and mixing the rubber compounds by separate screws. The extrusion process involves feeding the rubber material containing different properties and converging then for obtaining a product with specific characteristics. The plastics and pellets are processed into finished or semi-finished products.

The pellets or powder is poured into a heated container and homogenized with the help of rotating screws, they are then put into a die and given a particular shape or form. In these machines, single screw extruders are used for pellets and twin screw extruders are used for powdered plastic.
