Aerosol Machines

Aerosol machines include an aerosol filling machine, valve closing machine, gassing machine and inspection machine. These may be separate entities or mechanisms of an automated process. Aerosol machines are used in the production of packaging.

 

Mechanism
Aerosol machine uses a gas as a propellant for the product inside the container. The gas within the container is held under pressure so that when the product is driven outwards, the gas expands to fill a greater volume, reduces the same pressure and displaces the product in the container. The product is then driven out of the container.
