PDN Two Bearing Housings

They are used for bearing arrangements of fan shafts with overhung flywheel. They are one piece housing with two bearing seating machined at one setting. They are concentric and avoid misalignment. They can be used with almost all roller bearings.

Four bolts support PDN two bearing housings. Side covers are screwed to the housing using four screws. Gap type or felt seals are used. V rings may be used in some cases. Before inserting the seals, they should be soaked in hot oil for some time. They are rubbing seals and can be used for peripheral speeds. Grease lubrication is preferable though certain designs use oil lubrications to support high speed requirements.
