Spindles
Cartridge spindles are a popular category of machine tool spindles. They are high speed spindles based on cartridge type housing and used in a variety of applications. These spindle assemblies are supplied by manufacturers as complete headstock assemblies with the cartridge spindle mounted in a headstock with collet actuators, chuck actuators, pulleys etc. Cartridge spindles are used with innumerable standard work holding fixtures like collets, jaw chucks and any special fixtures.

These spindles are designed for use in a variety of mounting platforms either horizontal or vertical.

They are available with American Standard noses like A2-3 and A2-5 and other varieties as well.
