Bulkhead Union

Bulkhead unions are a kind of union used in tube fittings for connecting tube to tube fitting. These fittings are available either in inch or in metric units and are also widely used to connect fractional tubes. Available in a range of materials including brass, aluminium, bronze, copper, plastic, stainless steel etc, depending on their end use, these industrial fittings are often plated with chrome or nickel for enhanced appearance and prevention of corrosion. The fittings are carefully designed and manufactured to very stringent tolerances in order to provide a zero leak, torque-free seal at all tubing connections.
