Pneumatic Mufflers

A pneumatic mufflers are used for reducing exhaust and inlet noise in pneumatic circuits and helps reduce equipment noise considerably and, in some instances, completely eliminates the need to wear earplugs. These mufflers also come with a replaceable acoustic composite insert which is designed to effectively quiet the exhaust air on air-operated equipment.

 

It is also porous to air and fluids, helping to minimize back pressure. A threaded cap screws on to retain the insert and seal in sound, making replacement quick and easy. And because the muffler features a disposable core, there is no cleaning the core insert with solvents. Various sizes are available, depending on the customer requirements and the muffler's housing is non-corrosive.

 

Now, because of pneumatic mufflers developed by using latest techniques, there is a significant improvement in the comfort levels of the workers and the noise limits established by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's (OSHA) Hearing Conservation Program are also within reach.
