Hose Union

A hose union fitting is a three-part fitting that connects two pieces of tube and allows for disconnection without cutting. It is used to join two lengths of stainless steel flexible hose together.

 

These hose union find their application in different industries and operations. From vacuum pumps and fire fighting equipment to hardware, unions form an important component of the systems. For instance, a pipe union fitting is used between the vacuum source and the Mac valve (for both the venturi and the pump style systems) and hence may be included in the builder's kits.
