Brazing rod is the most popular among the forms of brazing alloys or filler materials. Brazing rods are used when two metals are joined by the brazing method. They are used in different thicknesses and length for a number of applications. Brazing rods are quite firm and solid. Brazing rods also come with flux coating or having a flux core. Those rods, which don't have flux coating are heated and dipped into dry flux powder to apply a coat of flux over them.
