Design
The design and structure of clipping machine forms a metal clip on the pleats of air filter material. The clip stock is fed into the machine and took form into a "V" shape by the rollers. The stock of clip is fed from an uncoil table behind the machine and the clip length is figured in by the operator. After this the machine feeds the clip and waits for the filter. Once the clip has been clamped onto the material of filter the product drops from the machine onto the conveyor. After this, the machine feeds another clip and waits for the next filter and the process goes on.
