Air filters are fabricated to filter and remove variety of contaminants from air, involving molds, pollens, bacteria, gases, dirt and odors. They are made up from different fabric materials like gauze, polyester and metals like stainless steel. These are mainly applicable in building ventilation systems, engines, such as internal combustion engines, gas compressors, diving air compressors, gas turbines etc.
