Though if not taken in its purest form, water can be one of the most dangerous stuff for all living creatures, mainly human beings. Effects of Chlorine on Our Body
If by somehow, we are exposed to chlorine on a regular basis, we make our body prone to get highly affected. The presence of chlorine, remains on our skin, enter our lungs and affects the natural stasis and makes it dull and lifeless.

    Chlorine can severely affect the sense organs of human body. Few acute side effects of chlorine are :
    • Tickling, dryness and itching of nose and throat.
    • Irritation in human eyes, upper respiratory tract and the lungs.
    • Coughing, shortness of breath, headache.
  • Chronic Effects of Chlorine
    • Respiratory problems like airflow construction, throat infection.
    • If excess inhalation exposure to chlorine is there, it lead to body weight gain, non neoplastic lesions and respiratory epithelial hyperplasia.
    • Breathing problems like asthma.
 
Other mitigating factor in danger of chlorine in your shower is that usually showers are poorly ventilated, which raises the amount of chlorine you intake through your lungs. To avoid high amount of chlorine while taking bath or shower is, you can install high quality shower filter and for baths you can use bath ball.
