Installation Tips for Electrical Control Panel

Electrical control panels basically comprises of an enclosure, thermostat, safety high temperature cut out, magnetic contactors, and other required electrical operating controls. Installing the system means that all the above mentioned components should be properly embedded in the system. Here are the few simple instructions that will help you with the control panel installation at your facility.

Instructions

Inspect each component in the console to make sure that all wires are securely connected to the terminal head.
Mount the control panel in the designated location.
Align the bottom hook tabs on the canter console with holes in the top of the washer cabinets. Carefully insert the hook tabs and roll the console in an upright direction.
Lightly lift up the console to accommodate the top rear edge to rear panel of the washer.
Use screws to secure the rear edge of the control console to the rear panel. Rotate the screw in clockwise direction with the help of screw driver. Ensure that screws are snugly fit but do not over tighten the screw, as it may break the plastic case of the console.
Once again inspect all the connections are complete and tight.

Precautions
Do not make any adjustments, perform maintenance task or replace components inside the electric control panel with power supply turned on. There may be potential danger of shock even when the switched is turned off. Make sure that power supply cannot be accidentally turned on. The little precaution does not end here, earth console with to the ground to prevent any further causality.
