It was given two buttons at the top for full and for partial flush. Since then many changes have been made in the design and the look of dual flush system.

 

If you have a normal flush at your home and want to convert it into dual flush system then you can buy the dual flush conversion kit. It is a cheaper option as you wont have to change the entire flushing system with this.
