It has been observed that bath tubs related infections can be complicated because they can involve bacteria which are resistant to known antibiotics. These bacteria can infect your e skin, eyes, lungs, kidneys, bladder, reproductive organs etc.

The reason for the growth of bacteria in bathroom tubs is the accumulation of the residue from organic materials like soap film, body secretions, skin, hair, bath oils, and dirt. These residues combine with minerals in the water and forms jelly-like substance which stuck inside of the piping and other components of bathroom tubs. The damp environment helps in the breeding of these infectious microorganism. Due to this it is necessary that you clean your system regularly by using disinfectants, hard detergents and other chemicals.

Similarly you should be careful when you clean your lavatories. Clean it regularly as the organic waste resulting from your shaving foam, hairs, face wash gets accumulated and result in disease.

The warm, damp, dark environment where this coating accumulates is the ideal environment for the growth of infectious micro-organisms.To eliminate this bacterial culture from your tub, it is recommended that the system be cleaned regularly. Normal household disinfectants and cleaners such as bleach, detergents, vinegar, or baking soda are not completely effective in removing whirlpool contaminants.
