Body Parts

Axle: The axle is a central shaft for a rotating wheel or gear for maintaining the position of the wheels, relative to each other and to the vehicle body.

Ball Bearing: A ball bearing provides location and support for the moving parts and ensures minimum friction.

Battery It is the vehicle's initial source of energy used to start the engine. It has wires/cables for connecting it with the rest of the starting and charging circuits.

Bumper: The bumper of a two-wheeler body parts protects the front end of a two wheeler from rock and road debris.

Chains: Chains of aa automotive body parts transfers power from the transmission to the rear wheel. It has a cover to protect the rider and pillion passengers from the chain.

Chassis: A two wheeler body part, chassis is the main carriage system of a vehicle and consists of the frame, suspension, wheels and brakes.

Fairings / Windshields: It is a shield placed over the frame of a two-wheeler to protect the rider from wind.

Foot Rest: Foot rest of an automotive body parts are mounted on the sides of the vehicle and are meant to keep the feet on while driving.

Fork Legs / Tubes: They hold the front wheel of a two-wheeler and act as a shock absorber.

Gaskets: A gasket is a seal between two objects for the purpose of preventing leakage between the two objects under compression.

Handle Bar: The handle bars are where the rider places his right and left arms for steering and pivoting.

Knock Sensor: The knock sensor senses knock / irregular vibrations and sends information to the electronic engine management control unit.

Mudguard: It is a curved piece above the wheel of a two-wheeler for the purpose of protecting the rider from water or mud thrown up by the wheels.

Radiator: The radiator disperses the heat which was absorbed from the engine by the coolant. It also has a radiator cap.

Shock Absorbers: Shock absorbers smooth out or damp a sudden shock impulse and dissipate kinetic energy.

Suspension: It is a collection of springs and shock absorbers, insulates both the rider and the bulk of the machine from road shocks.
