Sparkle Shine Your Car's Foggy Headlight Covers

During winters or hazy season fog not only affects the daily life but also assaults the physical assets of our loving cars too. The worst affected part of a car during a foggy season is the headlight cover. A foggy headlight cover smudges the starkness of light and makes the ride all the more difficult in winters. So what is the solution to it? Well, with just a couple of steps you can clear your car's headlight cover quiet instantaneously. Check out how:

• Take a sandpaper sheet of around 1000 grit.
• Dab some water generously onto the cover to wet it
• Now carefully rub the cover side-to-side with sandpaper so as to clean the entire cover.
• Next, Rinse it well.
• Repeat the above mentioned steps again with a 1500 grit sandpaper
• Once the rubbing and scrubbing is done, its time to dry the cover. Drying has to be done by rubbing it with a nice rubbing compound like 3-M.
• Rub the compound for about 5 minutes in a circular motion and then wipe it off.
• Now use a dry cotton cloth to buff the covers. (be prepared to repeat the whole process one to three times in case the cover is badly fogged.)
• Lastly, give a sparkling shine to the headlights by polishing the covers with a car wax.
