Various features of this variety of rice are as follows :
- This paddy variety takes about 130-135 days to grow.
- It is best grown in medium low-land areas.
- The plant height is semi dwarf (95-105 cm).
- The grain is long slender. n It is resistant to bacterial leaf blight and stem borer.
- Its yield is 30-40 quintals/hactare.
- It is mainly grown in Bihar.
