• This variety of rice takes about 129-135 days to grow.
• It is best grown in irrigated areas.
• The variety is semi dwarf (87-98 cm).
• The grain is long slender and strongly scented.
• It is less susceptible to stem borer, gall midge, moderately susceptible to brown spot, sheath rot, rice tungro virus, and bacterial leaf blight.
• Its yield is 45-60 quintals/hectare.
• It is grown in Rajasthan.
